An easy method of predicting who is at greater risk of dying suddenly and unexpectedly from a heart attack has been developed by researchers in France. "People who showed a higher heart rate increase with mild mental stress are BP prone and are likely to develop heart problems.
When I was posted out of town I started commuting. I missed my train a couple of times. One of my colleagues had the habit of waiting for the last minute to get out of office, finding additional work at the last minute. He is a good friend of mine but I stopped giving him company. I stopped waiting for him. I could not stand the tension of missing trains. That was ten years ago. He had a bypass last year.
People who come late always come late. They habitually add something in between to prolong the departure. They are over confident and wait till the last. They fail to provide for unexpected possible snags on your way like traffic congestion. They find difficulty in getting up on time. They wait in bed after waking up in the morning. They provide pauses in between their daily activities to tighten life as if they cannot cope with smooth life style. They prolong the present into the next and crams life. Getting out ten minutes early is something they cannot think off. They are always in a hurry. They will say they are late and will talk to you for another ten minutes regarding the importance of the program they are going to.
It is not that simple. Actually they think about the next program, get exited and mess up the beginning. In a study of 7746 French male civil servants, published in Europe’s leading cardiology journal, the European Heart Journal, the researchers found that men whose heart rate increased the most during mild mental stress just before an exercise test had twice the risk of dying of a sudden heart attack in later life than men whose heart rate did not increase as much. Hypertension is the culprit, back to square one.
Instead of the pauses in the beginning add space at the end. Try to do everything 15 minutes early, make it a habit and avoid heart attack. Smooth life will be the bonus.
Avoid Heart Attack by drinking a glass of water.
